The Junos Pulse product line is now owned, operated and supported by Pulse Secure, LLC. As of July 31, 2015, all customer facing systems and services have been transitioned to Pulse Secure. • The behavior went something like this: 1. Save a password for a VPN connection in Junos Pulse VPN client 2. The first use of the VPN connection will be fine 3. Disconnect VPN connection 4. Close Junos Pulse VPN client 5. Open VPN client 6. Attempt to connect to recently created VPN (with saved password) All hell breaks loose; Apple Keychain.

• • Disconnect from all other VPNs.
  • Restart your computer.
  • If you are still unable to connect, submit a Help Desk ticket for assistance.

Junos Pulse Client

1. Download the Pulse Secure VPN Client.
   
2. Install the program you just downloaded with the default settings.
   NOTE: To complete the installation, you will need to allow the Pulse Secure VPN client to load on your computer. To do this, open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, and click the Allow button.
   
3. Click on the new Pulse icon near the clock on the top of your screen, then click 'Open Junos Pulse'.
4. Click the '+' symbol in the lower left corner of the window.
   
5. Enter:
   • Name: Anything you want, but 'MLML VPN' is a good one.
   • Server URL: https://access.mlml.calstate.edu
6. Click the 'Add' button.
7. The connection you just added will show up under the 'Connections' banner. Click the 'Connect' button.
8. A dialog box may pop up to tell you there’s a problem with the security certificate; this is normal.
   
9. Click the 'Save settings' checkbox.
   
10. Click the 'OK' button.
11. Enter your VPN username and password.
    
12. Click the 'Connect' button.
13. If everything was entered correctly, you should be connected to MLML’s VPN within a few seconds. Feel free to close the Junos Pulse window; you'll stay connected.
